How to have floating windows in Paint Tool Sai

Okay, I've been seeing a lot of people asking how you get these magical windows to show up on sai. Well it's really easy.

Be sure that Sai is not running and go into your Sai folder, then you will want to go into the "misc" (config settings) file. Then scroll down to were you will see this text.

;   0 ... Embeded
;   1 ... Popup
;
PopupNavigator = 1



Change PopupPanels = 0 and PopupNavigator = 0 to PopupPanels = 1 and  PopupNavigator = 1 then just go to file and hit save and restart Sai.

I want to put a color tool and a brush on the right and apart from it put on the left, how to do it?

And when i'm first download, all the tools work on the left!
that's make me to draw in difficult! 
PLEASE HELP!
